CITY OF ELLSWORTH RESPONSE
From the Office of the Mayor:
Beginning at noon today, March 18, 2020, all City of Ellsworth owned buildings will be closed to the general public until further notice. This is a precautionary step in our continued efforts to combat the immediate and lasting effects of the COVID-19 virus. Although access to these buildings are closed to the public, all city business within these facilities will continue.
Below is a list of all City of Ellsworth owned buildings adhering to this directive.

City Maintenance Shop
Inmate Detail Shop
Water Treatment Plant
All Public Park Restrooms
Sewer Treatment Ponds
Golf Course Pro Shop
Golf Course Clubhouse
Golf Course The 900 Room

Although the City Clerk’s Office will be closed to the General Public, we will still take payments over the phone at (877)885-7968 or online at ellsworthks.net. You can always drop off your payments outside in our drop box or mail your payments accordingly. Please feel free to call with any questions at (785)472-5566.
