The Ellsworth Police Department is a 24-Hour full service law enforcement agency.

Each division incorporates necessary functions to keep the department running smoothly. These divisions include:

Administrative Services
Background and Recruiting
K-9 Team
School Resource Officer
Code Enforcement
Animal Control

The Ellsworth Police Department’s general business office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and closed on designated Holidays. During general business hours citizens and visitors may obtain copies of reports, make residence vacation check requests and obtain general assistance. If you need to report a non-emergency please call dispatch at (785) 472-4416. If you have an emergency or crime in progress please dial 911.
